The July edition of Deltin Poker Tournament (DPT) concluded in the early hours of today with the ₹15K Pot-Limit Omaha event which saw PokerBaazi Team mentor Jasven Saigal emerging as champion defeating a total of 80 entries for a top prize of ₹4,40,000. This is Saigal’s second win at the DPT this year having previously won the ₹15K Kickoff event in the January edition of this series.
Saigal defeated the latest Spartan Destiny winner Nishant Sharma aka ‘DoJingBULLETS’ in heads-up battle to claim the title. The tournament ended in Level #22 with blinds running at 15,000-30,000 which saw Sharma pushing all his chips risking his tournament life with Ah 3h 6d 7d and getting called by Saigal holding Jh 5h 8c 5c. The board ran 5s 8h Qs 6s 2h where Saigal hits a set of fives to eliminate Sharma in second place for a payday ₹2,70,000.
Some notables in the field were Ankush Aryan who took the 10th place for ₹28,600 missing out on a spot at the final table. Pradeep Nudurumati was the money bubble taking the 11th place in this tournament. Others included Adda52 Team Pros – Kunal Patni and Tarun Goyal, Abhishek Jalan, Vikram Kumar, Nitesh Baliyan, Vivek Rughani, Sanjay Taneja, Vidwath Shetty, Nishant Sharma and Anup Palod to name a few.

4. Prabhat Saini – ₹1,55,000
