AIGF announces India Gaming Conclave 2018

Yesterday, an announcement was made by the AIGF (All India Gaming Federation) regarding the second edition of its annual event called the 'India Gaming Conclave'. The AIGF is a not-for-profit apex body for the skill gaming industry in India and they hosted the first IGC conference in New Delhi in March 2017.

The 2018 conference has been scheduled for 29th May 2018 and the content for the event will be mainly covering the needs of online poker operators in India, as well as those of fantasy and rummy businesses. The event will be a must-attend one for gaming operators and enthusiasts, legal and gaming technology firms, gaming consultants and those studying and involved in gaming laws.

The key areas of discussion at the 2018 Conclave are advertising standards and content regulation, deconstructing and bridging the gap in tax interpretations, investments in the Indian gaming industry as well as one of the most important topics of the conference - 'Responsible Gaming'.

Quite a few speakers have been lined up for the conference. Speakers representing the poker industry will be as follows:

  • Pranav Bathija - Ceo, PokerNation
  • Pranav Bagai - Co-founder and CEO, Poker Sports League
  • Anuj Gupta - Founder/CEO - Adda52
  • Sudhir Kamath - Co-founder and CEO, 9Stacks

Registration to the event will begin slightly before the welcome address which will be given by Roland Landers (CEO, All India Gaming Federation) at 9:30 am IST on 29th May at The Lalit Hotel, New Delhi.
