Meet the Destiny 11.0 SnG Finalists

Destiny by Spartan Poker has gained much prominence over the years. The time has come to crown the ultimate champion of the current series. Running its 11th edition, Divyank Prasoon was declared as the 10th and final winner, and now each champion will head to compete in the Destiny 11.0 SnG Finale where they will battle it out for the top poker packages to Las Vegas. Here are the prizes up for grabs:

  • 1st - Business Class Flight Ticket + 12 nights of stay (package Value 370k)
  • 2nd - Business Class Flight Ticket + 8 nights of stay (package Value 330k)
  • 3rd - Business Class Flight Ticket + 5 nights of stay (package Value 300k)

‘pokerkaps’

The first tournament of Destiny 11.0 INR 25 Lakhs GTD was played on 28th August 2019 and shipped by ‘pokerkaps’ adding enormous prize money to his poker bankroll after defeating ‘Saniku’ in heads-up. The tournament registered 537 players, entering for a buy-in of INR 5,500. The guarantee was slightly crushed with the top 50 places receiving a paycheck. The winner of the first event will be definitely looking forward to the final showdown.

‘CrownUpJr’

A field of 506 entries registered for a buy-in of INR 5,500 in the second Destiny 11.0 tournament. On 4th September 2019, ‘CrownUpJr’ emerged victorious outlasting the massive field and beating ‘InfiNitty’ in heads-up. The player who wishes to stay anonymous recently won SSS Day 2 Event #11 guaranteeing 20 Lakhs as well. CrownUpJr is a frequent poker player on Spartan, adding valuable titles to his poker career.

Aditya Sushant

Now, who wouldn’t know the top poker pro of the country, sitting at 6th in India’s All-Time money list, first player to bring the first WSOP gold bracelet to his home country, Aditya Sushant. On 11th September 2019, Sushant aka ‘SuperuSer’ triumphed the night after defeating another well-known player Pranav Bang aka ‘I’mThePlayboi’ in heads-up. A total of 351 players entered the tournament and the prize pool was shared among the top 30 places, each receiving a min-cash of INR 14,000. With numerous achievements so far, this strong online contender is a top favourite!

Anirudh Reddy

On 18th September 2019, SSS Event #17 Destiny INR 30 Lakhs GTD crowned another well-known player, Anirudh Reddy aka ‘flash’ who won the tournament, topping a massive field of 710 entries, each entering for a buy-in of INR 5,500. The guarantee surpassed to create a prize pool of INR 35 Lakhs. Reddy defeated ‘Lord_of_the_RINGS’ to emerge victorious to play the Finale of SnG and looking forward to beating the other 9 players.

Ashish Ahuja

The 5th tournament of Destiny 11.0 saw Ashish Ahuja aka ‘Spewushhhiiiii’ taking home the enormous prize after beating Utsav Taneja aka ‘CAsek’ in heads-up. Ahuja is a promising contender and India’s leading poker player, playing both live as well as online tournaments. The champion was last witnessed to have finished 6th in the IPC Main Event where he accumulated live cash of INR 9.91 Lakhs. Undoubtedly, the SnG Finale will be decorated with some of the greatest champions in the country.

Raghav Bansal

Raghav Bansal is a top poker pro of the country sitting in the 4th position in India’s All-Time money list and total live earnings of over $1 million. Always under the limelight for winning across major poker sites, Bansal added one more feather to his poker cap after emerging as the champion here. He topped a field of 560 entries on 2nd October 2019 and will be all prepped up to crush the event by showcasing his poker skills.

Guneet Kwatra

Kwatra aka ‘guntz’ won the SnG seat on 9th October 2019, after defeating the WSOP bracelet winner Abhinav Iyer. A total of 457 players registered in the tournament and after 8-hour long haul, Kwatra emerged as the winner of the night. He has numerous online titles attached to his name and that's makes him a strong contender when the SnG Finale kicks off on Sunday. Remember, Kwatra is a past Millionaire winner on Spartan Poker as well.

‘space ace’

A total number if 491 players entered this Destiny 11.0 INR 20 Lakhs GTD tournament, crushing the guarantee to create a prize pool of INR 24 Lakhs. Topping this field was ‘space_ace’ who powered through the field to grab a seat on the SnG Finale. The player wished to stay anonymous and might reveal his identity after winning the package.

Harshad Barve

Barve is a frequent player on Spartan Poker, playing under the username ‘omglukbox’. He defeated Aditya Wadhwani aka ‘adiwankeobi’ in heads-up of this 11th edition tournament which was a part of Spartan Super Series (SSS) held on 24 October 2019. He shipped the tournament and claimed a seat to the SNG where he will be among those fighting for the Vegas packages; he will unfailingly offer tough competition to the 9 other contenders.

Divyank Prasoon

The final tournament of the 11th edition of Destiny took place a couple of days ago. Powering through the field of 609 entries and claiming the day was Divyank Prasoon aka ‘mikkudiv’ who took home an enormous sum of prize money. Prasoon grabbed his seat to champion the SnG Finale, competing with other top pros of India. Gutshot got in touch with him after the tournament, and he said, “The competition is fierce, one has to be really unpredictable to sustain in this field.”.

The Destiny 11.0 Finale SnG is scheduled to commence on Sunday (3rd November) at 8 pm on Spartan. All 10 players will resume with a starting stack of 25k.
