After a busy weekend and sluggish Monday, last night picked up the pace. Tuesday was about higher guarantees and renowned players topping the list. The leading platforms portrayed bigger prize pools as Spartan assured INR 20 lakhs followed by PokerBaazi promising INR 15 Lakhs so on. And here is a complete summary of Tuesday majors…

Spartan Poker’s Tuesday headliner was Mega Stack INR 20 Lakhs GTD luring a total number of 634 players who entered paying a fixed buy-in of INR 3,300. Eventually, the prize pool was shared among the top 63 places and each player walked out with a min-cash. It was a prominent figure in the virtual circuit Pranay Chawla aka ‘MajhiSatakali’ who seized the title after defeating ‘Anuj16101’ in heads-up with his two pairs of 7722 while his opponent held single pair 22.

The Endeavour

Riding past a field of 440 players was a well-known live and online grinder Pulkit Goyal aka ‘Ifoldfullhouses’ who beat ‘arjun1611’ in heads-up to capture the first-place prize money of INR 3 Lakhs in The Endeavour INR 15 Lakhs GTD on PokerBaazi. The competitors paid a buy-in of INR 3,850 which led the guarantee surpass to generate a higher prize pool of INR 15.4 Lakhs. As the tournament came to a standstill, the anonymous runner-up managed to walk out with INR 2.16 Lakhs.

Adda52 hosted Hitman INR 7.5 Lakhs GTD, a bounty tournament that means additional cash prizes! This Tuesday featured caught the attention of 212 entries, each paying a buy-in of INR 2,500. Topping the list and claiming the day was an anonymous player ‘qwerty3293’ who eliminated ‘Gabbar1510’ in heads-up and grabbed INR 2 Lakhs along with 5 bounties on his way! However, the runner-up also walked out with INR 1.2 Lakhs.

Sixth Sense

PokerStars’ flagship tournament Sixth Sense INR 7.5 Lakhs GTD saw 244 entries for a buy-in of INR 2,750. Before the tournament came to a standstill, the top 47 places strolled out with a min-cash, a share from the prize pool. However, it was an anonymous player ‘GRINDER1104’ who was announced as the official titleholder after a heads-up deal with ‘HUSTLER.0081’ and the former bagged the first-place prize money of INR 1.36 Lakh.

StackUp Turbo

9stacks’ featured tournament StackUp Turbo INR 1 Lakhs GTD registered a moderate field of 113 players for a buy-in of INR 1,100. The guarantee was slightly surpassed to create a higher prize pool which was later shared among the top 15 places. However, it was an anonymous player ‘Aj_style’ who grabbed the winner’s prize of INR 27,540 after beating ‘rockeybhai’ in heads-up. The runner-up managed to walk out after securing INR 19,380.
