Vinay B ships Tuesday’s Judwaa on Adda52
Adda52 is one of India's top poker companies and to keep their user base happy and to give them a chance to win big daily, they host featured tournaments every day of the week. They host the INR 5 lakh Judwaa tournament every Tuesday and Wednesday night, and it tournament took place again yesterday.
The Judwaa tournament kicked off at 8pm yesterday on Adda52 and a total field of 191 entries (119 players + 72 re-entries) registered to the tournament, which was a good outcome but it slightly missed the guarantee. Some of the best Indian players were a part of this INR 2,750 buy-in tournament, which eventually ended 5 hours and 47 minutes after it began.
Just before 2am this morning, a winner was announced, and it was none other than Vinay B aka 'vinayb', a popular player who has become a known figure in the Indian poker industry, final tabling most major online tournaments as well as in international poker tournaments.
Here, Vinay beat the field and took away a pay-check of INR 1.5 lakh for first-place. The top 12 players were paid out a minimum cash of INR 8,750 and Vinay was the most profitable of these, while 'fearshah' took away the next best prize, winning INR 95,000 for second place.
Gutshot caught up with Vinay after he bagged another major online title. “I've had some recent success in events on Adda52. Judwaa is one event where I've had multiple FT finishes and a few wins too," he said about the tournament last night, which wasn't his first Judwaa victory.”
