APT Online: ‘RUADONK?’, ‘Theprofessor44’, ‘didi2’ claim titles


Another day of the highly exciting Asian Poker Tour (APT) Online Series $10 million GTD was hosted on Natural8. Yesterday’s major attraction was Monster Stack $100K GTD  and a long list of other tournaments also concluded. It is the biggest and richest event ever of APT Online comprising of 234 events with buy-ins ranging between $10 to $5,000. Keep reading to find out the big winners of Day 2…

Event 18: Monster Stack $100K GTD

Three flights took place yesterday which garnered 311 entries (Flight A: 95 entries, Flight B: 94 entries and Flight C: 122 entries). Out of this number only 101 advanced to the final day. The overall chip leader is ‘fish3441’ who accumulated a stack of 327,441 followed by ‘INNO-C’ with 290,856 and ‘DibleX’ bagging 266,360.

Flight D and E are scheduled to take place today, 16 June at 4 pm and 6 pm. All survivors will merge to battle it out on the final day, tomorrow at 8 pm.

Event 24: $500 buy-in High Roller Deep Stack

The 24th event hosted on Natural8 guaranteed $50,000 pulling out 117 runners and creating $55,575 in prize pool, the top 17 players finished in the money. Grabbing the lion’s chunk was champion ‘RUADONK?’ pocketing $12,120 in top prize after defeating ‘Dostoevsky’ in heads-up who secured the second place payout of $9,219.

Event 27: $1,000 buy-in High Roller

High Roller $75,000 attracted 79 entries for a buy-in of $1,000 with $75,500 prize pool distributed among the top 11 players. It came down to chip leader ‘Theprofessor44’ and Natural8 Team Hot Ambassador Pete Yen Han Chen aka ‘TurboPete’ in heads-up. Ultimately, the former outlasted the latter to earn the largest payout of the day $18,213 while Han Chen earned $13,874 for his efforts.

Event 28: $500 buy-in High Roller Turbo

Natural8 hosted $40,000 GTD APT High Roller Turbo displaying a fixed buy-in of $500. The event garnered 100 entries which collected a prize pool of $47,500 and the top 13 players ended up earning a slice. The event concluded with a heads-up deal which saw ‘didi2’ topping the list and claiming $10,241 in prize money while the opponent ‘waransan’ settled in the runner-up position for $9,441.
