Kartik Ved Leads IOPC Millionaire Legends Final Table


118 tournaments on the schedule of the Jan 2021 India Online Poker Championship (IOPC) and huuuuge prizes are up for grabs on a daily basis on Spartan Poker. With regards to tournaments being streamed live, the IOPC Highroller was the first of the lot where Sriharsha Doddapaneni aka ‘Potato Player’ held his final table chip lead to take down the title. Now, we have another high-profile final table set for viewers!

We’re talking about IOPC #73 Millionaire Legends INR 1.75 Crore GTD where the guarantee was crushed thanks to 770 entries paying an entry fee of INR 27,500 each. The inflated prize pool of INR 1.92 Crore is being shared by the top 111 players and currently, we’re down to the final 6 players, with a number of known names in contention.

It’s the very well-known Kartik Ved aka ‘TheInternetKid’ in the chip lead of the 6-max tournament and no praise is enough for this guy. A WSOP gold bracelet was recently added to his list of poker achievements and he’s no beginner to such stages of an online poker tournament. He’s got a healthy stack of 5.2 million going into this final table and is the favourite to take it down as well.

Following him is another regular on Spartan Poker who goes by the name of ‘Tokio999’ who has a stack of 4.9 million chips. He’ll be one of Ved’s biggest problems on the FT while following them is another very well-known name in Ashish Munot aka ‘Donkey 07’. Along with several online wins, he’s the WPT India Main Event winner of 2019 and he’s got a stack of 3.3 million here today.

Aniket Waghmare aka ‘Ntwadumela’ is close behind with 3 million in chips while Ujjwal Narwal aka ‘Paperboi’ has 2 million in chips. Quite a fair distance away from these five is Nagendra Vadlamani aka ‘SorosDruckTudor’ with 593k in chips and he’ll have to bring his A-game if he wants to survive and chip up on this final table.

  1. Kartik Ved ‘TheInternetKid’ – 5,292,102 chips
  2. Vishal Tulsyan ‘Tokio999’ – 4,951,532 chips
  3. Ashish Munot ‘Donkey 07’ – 3,352,297 chips
  4. Aniket Waghmare ‘Ntwadumela’ – 3,037,964 chips
  5. Ujjwal Narwal ‘Paperboi’ – 2,022,919 chips
  6. Nagendra Vadlamani ‘SorosDruckTudor’ – 593,186 chips

The winner of this tournament has a massive INR 36.36 Lakh kept aside for him, along with a spot on the prestigious IOPC Masters Table. The tournament will be streamed LIVE on 25th Jan 2021 at 6pm IST and to watch all of the action, stay tuned to Gutshot’s Facebook page this evening!
