India’s WSOP bracelet girl and Adda52 Team Pro Nikita Luther is certainly going places, both in live and online poker. She recently missed out to Chiraag Patel on her first Godafther title online and before we know, she’s making headlines at the Pro Poker Club in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
She entered into the Main Event of the ongoing Asian Poker Tour (APT) stop in Vietnam and has ended Day 1B as the overall chip leader across both staring flights, with a massive stack of 422k chips. Rounding up the top ten chip stacks is another Indian player Shashank Jain, who has a stack of 213k chips.
On Day 1A, seven Indians qualified to Day 2, including Apoorva Goel (194,500), Abhishek Panda (192,900), Abhinav Iyer (162,500), Vivek Rughani (140,700), Kanishka Samant (87,500), Manoj Pentakota (69,200) and Kunal Patni (54,200). Now, four more Indians have qualified from Day 1B.
Luther is way ahead in chips from among the total field at the moment, with 140 entries participating on Day 1B and 52 of them bagging up their chips at the end of the day. Along with Luther, Shashank Jain (213,600), Romit Advani (154,800) and Raghav Bansal (152,800) will also be coming back on Day 2.
