Nitin Arora books 7th seat of Destiny 8.0 SnG Finale

Spartan Poker’s Destiny is in its 8th iteration currently and offers the prospect of bagging an INR 10 Lakhs fully paid trip to Europe to play in the biggest series there. This has been very helpful for budding players in the past so as to give them the necessary initial exposure to play live events abroad.

The Destiny INR 20 Lakhs GTD tournament began yesterday at the usual weekly time of 7.30 pm on Wednesday. The tournament lasted till 3.19 am today morning. The turnout for the Destiny is always a great one and such was the case yesterday too when it attracted 430 entries (including 81 re-entries and 163 re-buys). This even crushed the guarantee by extra INR 1.5 Lakhs.

The player who overcame this tough field and shipped the tournament yesterday was Nitin Arora aka ‘0HUMAN0’. He earned INR 4,66,337 after making a heads-up deal with ‘madoverchoppot’. The runner-up too had similar chip counts at the time of dealing and hence got a similar second-place cash prize of INR 4,58,162, but without the seat into the Destiny 8.0 SnG Finale to be hosted on 3rd April 2019. A deal in lthis tournament is uncommon since players usually don’t want to miss on a lifetime opportunity of winning an all-expense paid trip to Europe, which is more important than the pay jumps for 1st and 2nd place.

Arora has booked the 7th seat into Destiny 8.0 SnG Finale with this win and will be hoping to convert it into the package as well. He is not new to the Destiny, having first shipped it in its 5th edition. The impressive part is that he even won the INR 10 Lakhs paid package trip to Europe in the same Destiny edition.

Arora is a regular online player and has ran deep in many tournaments in the past, on Spartan as well as other leading platforms. He has won Spartan Mega Freeze back in June, which is just one of his many wins. He’ll be looking to make another awesome first-place finish on 3rd April in the SnG.

We got in touch with Arora and he was elated to speak about yesterday’s win. He said, “Destiny is one of the best tournaments currently offered among all websites. It feels really good after shipping the Destiny last night. I have been on a downswing from the last few months and this certainly helps me get back my confidence. My game strategy has always been a balanced one, aggressive on certain stages and picking up spots to get max value. I have already shipped destiny SnG 5.0 and I am very excited for 8.0 SnG.
