PokerBaazi announces 1 Crore to winner in End Boss!

We often talk about how the Indian poker industry keeps growing in terms of participation as well as in terms of the rising guarantees and prizes. Whether online or live, everything seems to be on the way up currently. 2019 was a fantastic year which saw PokerBaazi and Spartan Poker both hosting 2 Crore GTD online tournaments, and 2020 is set to break some more records!

To kick off the new year, Baazi Poker Tour (BPT) began at Casino Pride 2 a couple of nights back with the 10k Kick Off Event. To make the occasion an even bigger one, PokerBaazi thought it was the ideal time to announce their plans of hosting the biggest ever online poker tournament in India.

In fact, they promise it to be India’s biggest tournament, advertising a prize no one has won even in live poker in India. They launched a promo video of this massive tournament called ‘End Boss’ which guarantees a whopping ₹1 Crore to the winner, which more than doubles the previous best online score in India, claimed by Srihari Bang in the IOPC Main Event in July 2019.

PokerBaazi likes dealing out surprises, so they haven’t yet revealed the date of the tournament or the overall tournament guarantee or even the buy-in. However, knowing that such a huge prize is up for grabs was enough to make the community happy. ‘One Man, One Crore’ is the tag line of the tournament, but we won’t be too surprised if it’s one of our female players who go on to ship this tournament either.
