Well, if you have had any of these questions or any other ones in your mind, you don’t need to worry much about it anymore. PokerStars has now created a new way for their players and customers to get in touch with the support team and get their questions answered immediately.
The global leading poker company has gone ahead and opened a Facebook group called ‘PokerStars Live Events — Ask the Team!’, with the intention of replicating the live events welcome desk on a digital platform. PokerStars Tournament Director Toby Stone and Executive Tournament Director Danny McDonagh will also be a part of the group, along with other PS Live tournaments staff.
The directors and/or staff will post regular updates about PS Live events on this Facebook group and users can engage with these posts and also ask the staff any questions they may have. Of course, this group is specially dedicated to live tournaments and will not be regarding PokerStars’ online promotions and offerings.
The announcement of this new support group on Facebook was made on the PokerStars blog a few days back. So, for all player help, assistance and questions, you know where you should be. Go ahead and join the PokerStars – Ask The Team group right away.
