Third edition of Baazi Poker Tour returns with 7Cr GTD


Gear up to experience a terrific new year with Baazi Poker Tour (BPT) hitting the coast of Goa at PokerBaazi LIVE poker room, Casino Pride 2 in Goa, between 2–14 January 2020. The second edition of the popular tour recently made a comeback after a 3-year long break and wrapped up the action-packed week with great success. Now is the time to mark your calendars once again with the BPT series that comes with a spectacular 7 Crore GTD!

The event commences with its online tour – BPT Online between 2–5 January bringing together the weekly tournaments. The main attraction being the Main Event INR 1 Crore GTD for a buy-in of INR 11,000 having 2 starting flights followed by the next major High Roller INR 50 Lakhs GTD, Bounty INR 15 Lakhs GTD and PLO INR 15 Lakhs GTD.

The casino floor will welcome the tough competitors from 8 January 2020, beginning the series with the Kickoff Event. The 7-day long series comes with a power-packed guarantee. The headliner is the Main Event INR 2 Crores GTD, this time with a lesser buy-in of INR 35,000! Another star attraction is the High Roller INR 1 Crore GTD, a 2-day affair that comes with a buy-in of INR 1,00,000.

The BPT Live series will end on 14 Jan with the Main Event FT. The third edition will host 6 tournaments with Megastack INR 15 Lakhs GTD as an added surprise. The second edition of the series was an immediate success. We had the Main Event champion Bharat Kumar lifting an incredible cash prize of INR 38 Lakhs and Rohit Jinwal taking down BPT High Roller for an impressive INR 39 Lakhs. 

The calendars are already packed as after BPT is India Poker Championship (IPC) which will run between 15-19 January. Goa is set to be buzzing throughout the first month and many poker pros are expected to take their seats.
