To all the poker fanatics out there, one of Asia’s most prestigious poker tour is back! About a month ago, the inaugural Asian Poker Tour (APT) Online series attracted a massive number of 18,555 entrants, creating a grand prize pool of over $4.11 million within a span of 13 days with each winner receiving a marvellous APT trophy.
The upcoming series will be the largest guaranteed online series in Asian poker and once again will be attracting players on Asia’s leading online brand, Natural8. APT has doubled the action promising a whopping $10 million in prize pools between 14 – 28 June 2020. The tour will be open to each one of GGNetwork which includes Natural8 and GGPoker.
Apart from the APT trophy, players will also hunt for the Player of the Series race. The top three APT POS players will be awarded an exclusive APT POS ring and prize money ranging from $500 to $1,500. The 15-day series will host 200 events, including the various flights and flagship tournaments. Once again, Natural8 will host a leaderboard with $10,000 in cash prizes to reward the most consistent players.
Get ready to clinch to the first trophy on 14 June by conquering $50 APT Mini Main Event guaranteeing $200,000. Surely, the showstopper events would be $500 APT Main Event promising a whopping $1 million and the $5,000 APT Super High Roller on 21 June. On 28 June, $800 APT Championship Event will be hosted with a guaranteed prize pool of $1 million. Short Deck and PLO enthusiasts will also battle for trophies. As usual, satellites will also run on GGPoker Network with guaranteed tickets for the main events for as low as $1!
Natural8 Team Hot members like Michael Soyza and Phachara Wongwichit were among those taking home a trophy during the first-ever APT Online Series festival along with known names as Dicky ‘FloatingWorld’ Tsang, Pete ‘turbopete’ Chen, Justin ‘PetitFoxx’ Zhu and Simon ‘Fireburns’ Burns.
