Not to mention the slew of legal acceptability matters that come up.  Just one blind judgement and it blows out of proportion.

What are possible remedies?

The online rummy operators claim that they always consider the long-term picture. Faltering on responsibilities on their part will drown their business altogether. This is where the online rummy watchdog ‘The Online Rummy Federation’ of India takes control by setting uniform standards for all the platforms to adhere. There are constant efforts being made by the portals as well to gauge rummy’s impact on its players and rein in any addictive behavior which can lead to unfortunate events. More so, rummy can be brought under regulation which stands fair for the operators and players.
